Instructor Latipha Rivers brings her weekly Friday & Saturday yoga class online to keep you safe at home, healthy and balanced. Classes are designed with the absolute yoga beginner in mind, with a focus on introduction to basic yoga poses and healthy alignment. Participants practice standing asana poses & seated poses. Beginner yoga also incorporates yogic breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques—great for stress relief and overall relaxation.
